Bella DiMemmo: Bella started her career nearly 21 years ago when she discovered her innate talent when she was young girl with her love for makeup. She decided to follow her dreams and went to school to become a makeup artist and skincare specialist. She graduated top of her class and became a Licensed Aesthetician.

Over the decades, she experimented with every routine imaginable, so Bella decided to create a company that could help both men and woman all ages, regardless of race. With a true passion for beauty, her greatest joy is I helping people look beautiful and feel good about themselves.

As a skin care specialist she saw first-hand how much damage the sun was doing to people’s skin, so Bella decided to add airbrush tanning to her certifications. She knew she could help people protect their skin by tanning in a healthy way, and was passionate about helping people protect their skin. For the last 8 years she and has built a successful business in Baltimore Maryland, specializing in airbrush tanning.

A year into her new venture, Bella then decided to add permanent cosmetic tattooing to her menu because she wanted to help people look and feel their best. So she went to school at Look image academy 7 plus years ago in Boston and Graduated top of her class, she became Master Certified as a permanent makeup technician. There she learned how to do several permanent makeup procedures, including Microblading, Eyebrow Tattoo, Lip Tattoo, Eyeliner Tattoo, Areola Restoration, Hair Simulation, Beauty Marks, Stretch Mark Camouflage, Blush Tattoo, & Tattoo removal.

After years of performing these procedures she decided to become the best in her field, so she attended the Flirt and Flutter training school and earned her certification, then she completed training with the Phibrow Acadamy.! In addition, she is certified with Will Anthony in the Smoky Lash Enhancement technique, Paulina Osinkowska in Powder Brow & Lip Blush and Gilrz Ink in the Machine conversion course. She is a Master Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) with Look image academy and is an active member always continuing her education by taking yearly classes to stay up to date with the latest and most advanced techniques. As a member, through continued educational classes and conventions, she maintains knowledge of the latest advancements and techniques in the industry! She is also certified with lavish lashes, Elleebana Lash Lift & Tint, Li-FT Tattoo Removal, Threading, Norvell Spray solutions, and Aviva Spray Labs solution.

Bella's is licensed with the Baltimore City health department to preform cosmetic tattooing, the first salon in Baltimore to be licensed a part from a tattoo shop (required by law in Baltimore City)

Throughout Tim's career, he has always been passionate about building relationships and adopting new concepts to better himself, and his client’s experience. Ten years as a speaker giving power point presentations in training settings challenged him to try a wide array of marketing strategies and honed his abilities to lead and motivate successful teams of people.
